proper handling of your new purchase. Following these guidelines
will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more
pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.

Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to
contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported
to Shore Scuba Gear in the event your package arrives damaged, it is the
responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to
assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem
has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the
manufacturers packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such
as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc.
Keep your Invoice with your important records.
Shore Scuba Gear will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental
damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our
sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

Return Policy / Exchange Policy
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping
charge, within a period of fourteen (7) days from the time you receive the
package. After 7 days and up to 15 days, items can only be returned for store
credit only.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call or email Customer Service for
pre-approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from Shore
Scuba Gear is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as
supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original
packaging. Place the manufacturers box into a shipping box. Please do not put
any stickers or labels on the original manufacturers packaging. Please ship the
items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. Shore
Scuba Gear cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
No refunds or exchanges will be made after thirty (15) days.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Shore Scuba Gear reserves the
right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less
then 15%.
Exchanges will incur a re-shipping charge of not less than $8.50
depending on the weight of the package that is to be re-shipped.

Registered Users Order Tracking
To review your order information:
1. After you have registered, logged in, and placed your order, you will be
able to track your order by accessing your account. Simply click on the "my
account" link located at the top of the right navigation bar and proceed to
the Order Status/Tracking section.
2. The Order Status page will display your order number, the date your
item(s) were ordered, whether your item(s) were shipped, which carrier shipped
your order, and your order tracking number. By clicking on your tracking number
you will see your tracking information provided by the carrier you selected.

Shipping Information:
Standard Delivery
Your in-stock Shore Scuba Gear will be shipped within three days of the receipt
of your
order. We use a variety of carriers depending on locatation of the order.
If you require a specific carrier or expedited shipping please contact
service@scuba-tw.com
If an item is temporarily out of stock, well let you know the expected
delivery date. Our carriers require a street address. Standard shipping charges
for per address, depending on the weight of the package.
