User's guidance:

General waist weight - This weight pouch must be additionally combined with a weight belt and a slip buckle (optional) to form a waist combination. You may need 1~3 weight bags to combine.
Technical BCD's Weight - Can be worn directly on a 2 inch wide BC belt and secured with a slip-on buckle.
